May 04,  · Step 1: Press Windows key + X or right-click on the Start button, and select Device Manager from the list. Now expand ‘Display adapters’ from the list, and right-click on the name of the graphics. Oct 29,  · Once I upgraded to Windows 10, I am no longer able to adjust screen resolution. I was able to do so in Windows 7, but now in Windows 10 it is locked at x and greyed out so I cannot change resolution. I have tried Display1_DownScalingSupported, but I had to create this because it didn’t exist in Windows 10 registry. Jul 22,  · Click Start > Settings > System > Display Scroll down to the bottom Click Advanced display settings Click Display adapter properties for Display Monitor tab Change the screen refresh rate to 59 MHz.
