The insights have been a game-changer. I’ve been using the ZoomInfo platform for a few months and it’s been extremely helpful in being able to improve my overall prospecting and for my sales team.

I’m able to look up contacts and make connections and reduce the number of cold calls because I can find out in the database who the decision makers are – it’s been amazing. Unethical Company with unethical people. We have a long-time customer with ZoomInfo. The price point for the solution did not meet the value for our company. We canceled and they will not accept our notice. Now they are threatening legal action based on an auto-renew clause not stated very clearly in their contract. I did not know companies like this still existed no ethics and no integrity.

The data has been a game changer for our sales team. Customer support is responsive and have good training and educational resources. Having asked ZoomInfo to remove incorrect details about our company on their website including turnover, phone number and members of staff , they have been unresponsive. We continue to receive many phone calls for a different company. I signed up and paid for 3 months upfront.

During those 3 months I had questions but was not able to find help. I called but their phone number will get you nowhere. No real person answers phone calls, at least not when I called them. Also, I paid for contacts pull a month but was able to get contacts.

No one answered my questions. I sent in email after email. I addressed my concern during life zoom support and they promised to find me answers but never did UNTIL after month 3 when they emailed me for my second quarter of payments. When they finally told me after month 3 that I have contacts to use each month but never offered me a reason or an apology that I was able to use only contacts.

Despite the FACT that they failed to deliver what was agreed upon in writing, they never attempted to right their wrong. They deny my cancellation and send me to collections even though they failed to offer techical support and are merely a scam.

Don’t sign up for zoom as you will regret it. Very deceptive sales tactics. Auto-renew is one of them with no room to cancel even 45 days prior to renewal. They reach out to schedule a renewal talk and schedule it for after the auto renew date.

I enjoyed the service but cannot stand their business practices and will never work with them or any company that operates in this manner. Their attorney Alexis Demoulas perpetuates their unethical tactics by trying to enforce their contracts. Shame on you and Zoom for this behavior. The amount of data we get from ZoomInfo is amazing! Our reps have more than doubled their output since we got the software – can’t imagine not having it now!

I am horrified to receive an email from this company, I don’t know how they got hold of my email address, they are now threatening to sell it on unless I click on links to get removed. All cyber security advice says don’t click on links. I found the email address for removal and have sent request, but have no idea how they got my entirely private email address. GDPR breach somewhere here, or cyber theft. I received a totally unexpected email from these people in the first place, which is why my review is here.

I have absolutely no idea how they got my details GDPR breach? I don’t want my data sold. I have never opted in for anything like this and opt in is legally required here int he UK to be contacted AGAIN is harassment and to be asked for “a little more information” is further unwelcome intrusion.

Who are these people? The email received said: “Personal Information Notice This notice is to inform you of the collection, processing, and sale of certain personal information or personal data about you “personal information”.

ZoomInfo is a provider of contact and business personal information regarding business professionals for direct marketing purposes. Our customers are businesses trying to reach business professionals for sales and marketing and recruiting.

You can opt out of our database if you want to; the best way to do so is to visit our Privacy Center at Are they registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office? Took my info in GDPR breach, wont let me delete or remove my data.

Page just crashes. Disgusting company who violate privacy laws and sell your personal contact details to organisations for a profit. This company has somehow been able to locate my PRIVATE mobile number and has sold it to agencies and other businesses who keep contacting me throughout the day. Repeated complaints to them have been ignored and I’m on the verge of filing a case for damages against them. I’ve attempted to contact ZoomInfo directly using the details on their website and included their president and chief information officer but I’ve had no response.

I’ve formally requested a report on where they obtained my personal information, as is my legal right as a UK citizen and protected by GDPR, but they have ignored this request. As with other reviewers, they have obtained my personal data and are processing and selling this without my explicit consent, which is against the law in the UK.

I am STILL receiving phone calls at all hours from companies who have paid this organisation for my personal contact details. I’ve now reached out for legal representation as this is a clear case of privacy invasion and harrassment, and would strongly suggest everyone do the same. Kings of Spam.

Words fail me–was looking for an email address and made the mistake of giving them my contact information for “a free trial. And even worse, they appear to have sold that number to a large number of other business who are now also calling. And they just tried LinkedIn and are really proud of themselves for being really persistent.
